Statistical and M&E Services Practice Area Team Leader:
Dr. John D. Rich

Dr. Rich received his Ph.D. from Temple University in 2004. He is associate professor at Delaware State University, where he teaches the research design and modeling classes for the Psychology Department.

Dr. Rich has provided statistical and M&E advice on a broad range of domestic and international assignments for over 14 years, including on a long-term, in-country project with the Academy for Educational Development (AED) in Jordan. He also served as the lead statistician on a project for the U.S. Department of Commerce to assess the public’s price sensitivity to fees assessed by the Department’s export market development services. In addition to being an expert on conducting qualitative and quantitative statistical services, designing M&E analyses, and conducting federal government user fee studies, his primary strengths are in helping to design, implement, and analyze research projects using the latest statistical software packages.
